Have a pacemaker or heart condition

Insulin-dependent diabetic

Have Epilepsy or are prone to fainting

Have open wounds, rashes, or any skin conditions in the brow area

Have any blood disorders

Complete the Client Intake form and then E-mail three photos of your eyebrows taken from different angles: one front-facing, one from the right side, and one from the left side. All photos should be taken without makeup or filters, in good lighting, and should clearly show your entire face.
